Agentic AI Solution Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Agentic AI Solution Designer to design intelligent, autonomous, and scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and AI technology capabilities by designing end-to-end Agentic AI architectures, workflows, user experiences, and automation strategies.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, AI engineers, architects, product teams, and UX specialists to define AI-powered solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and intelligent workflow automation. You will play a key role in shaping enterprise AI adoption by translating complex business problems into practical, scalable, and innovative AI solutions.

The position requires strong analytical thinking, solution architecture knowledge, AI workflow design expertise, and a deep understanding of enterprise automation and user-centric AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Create AI workflow architectures involving autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool integrations, and orchestration pipelines.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, identify AI opportunities, and define scalable solution strategies.
• Design conversational AI experiences, AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and autonomous decision-making workflows.
• Define Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt strategies, memory handling, and contextual AI interactions.
• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, workflow models, and technical design documentation.
• Work closely with AI engineers and developers to ensure successful implementation of designed solutions.
• Design integrations between AI systems and enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
• Evaluate emerging Agentic AI technologies, frameworks, and design patterns to improve solution capabilities.
• Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), demos, client workshops, and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance AI interaction design and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, AI consulting, or intelligent automation.
• Experience working on AI/ML, GenAI, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Enterprise Digital Transformation domains.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, AI copilots, and workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, and enterprise AI security practices.
• Experience with UX design for AI-powered applications.
• Exposure to Knowledge Graphs, Graph AI, or semantic reasoning systems.
• Certifications in Cloud, AI, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture are a plus.
